Erin O’Keefe. Things Fall Apart.

This series of photographs is about the relationship between object and image. These objects are made from pieces of photographic images, and rely on the three-dimensionality depicted in these fragments to create the illusion of a sculptural object. The deadpan presentation of the object, and the directness of its construction are in conflict with the persistent uncertainty of its spatial condition.
